This is a formal translation of the General Regulations for Bubble Travel. I have maintained a professional, legalistic tone suitable for terms and conditions.
All trips and event transfers carried out by the commercial and advertising brand BUBBLE TRAVEL are governed by the general regulations set forth in this document. These regulations are a "living" document and may undergo changes, modifications, and/or expansions. Significant changes will be communicated via electronic means (email) using the traveler data held by BUBBLE TRAVEL with authorization for communications.
Furthermore, regarding certain BUBBLE TRAVEL transfers—especially those involving a combined product, such as event access—specific conditions may exist that, while not appearing in these general regulations, are applicable and have been additionally incorporated into the displacement's governing clauses. In such cases, the traveler will be specifically informed of these additional conditions.
All trips under the BUBBLE TRAVEL brand are operated and organized under the technical direction of the travel agency VIAJES PUENTE, license number: CIAN 41337-2.
Nominative Tickets: Generally, all tickets issued by BUBBLE TRAVEL are nominative. As such, they are not subject to exchange, resale, or modification. Only the named ticket holder may use them under the reflected conditions.
Identity Verification: It is mandatory for travelers to prove their identity by presenting a National ID (DNI) or equivalent official document before boarding. Failure to provide proper identification may result in denied boarding and ticket cancellation. In this event, the traveler is not entitled to a refund, nor is BUBBLE TRAVEL obliged to provide alternative transport.
Deadlines: Changes of ownership, if permitted, cannot be made after 8:00 PM on the third day prior to the bus departure (72 hours notice).
Fees: Ownership changes, if accepted, will incur a fee of €3.00 + management fees applied to the trip.
Generally, changes to assigned bus numbers or departure shifts are not permitted.
Errors: If a customer mistakenly purchases a ticket with the wrong departure point or shift, they must purchase a new correct ticket and request the cancellation of the previous one by emailing [email protected] with the subject line: REFUND DUE TO ERRONEOUS TICKET CHANGE.
Deadline: Changes to shifts, bus numbers, or origin points cannot be made after 8:00 PM on the third day prior to departure (72 hours notice).
Adults Only: Generally, tickets for BUBBLE TRAVEL trips cannot be sold to or used by minors.
Verification: Travelers must prove they are of legal age (18+) via DNI or official document before boarding. Failure to do so will result in denied access and ticket cancellation without refund or alternative transport.
Exceptions for Minors: For specific events where indicated, authorization may be requested for a minor. A legal guardian must request, complete, and sign a specific authorization form.
Eligibility: Minor authorizations are only valid for those reaching the age of majority within the same calendar year as the trip.
Forms: A separate form must be completed for each minor. Bulk forms for multiple applicants are not valid, even if they share the same guardian.
Onboard Consumption: Eating or drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Alcohol: The consumption and/or transport of alcohol inside the vehicle cabin is strictly prohibited.
Stowage: Luggage, bags, or bulky items containing food or drink must be stored in the vehicle's luggage compartment (hold).
Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited (Law 42/2010, of December 30).
Guidance Only: Times and locations on tickets are "approximate." BUBBLE TRAVEL reserves the right to modify these based on necessity or authority requirements.
Communication: Modifications will be sent via email. BUBBLE TRAVEL is not responsible for communication failures caused by typos in the email address provided by the customer.
Punctuality: Travelers are recommended to arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled departure. The bus will depart exactly at the scheduled time; it will not wait for late passengers.
Boarding: Passengers must follow the instructions of coordinators/drivers, queue properly, and present their ticket and ID.
Liability: BUBBLE TRAVEL is not responsible for missed transport due to tardiness. No refunds or alternative transport will be provided.
Each traveler is permitted one bag or suitcase. Food/drink must be stored in the bus hold in a sealed bag to prevent spills.
Liability: BUBBLE TRAVEL is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of luggage stored in the cargo hold. Passengers are responsible for their belongings during loading and unloading. No items may be left in the bus cabin.
The assigned bus number is generally found on the electronic ticket.
The bus number is displayed on a sign in the lower right corner of the front windshield.
Assigned bus numbers may be subject to modification, which will be communicated in advance. Travelers must use the same bus number for both the outbound and return journeys.
Seat numbers on tickets (if any) are "orientative" and do not correspond to a specific seat on the bus. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
BUBBLE TRAVEL may offer packages including round-trip travel and additional services (e.g., tickets to concerts or festivals).
Invoicing: Invoices will itemize the transport price, the complementary service price, management fees, and applicable taxes (10% VAT).
Event Rules: Travelers must comply with the specific access rules of the event venue. If access is denied due to a breach of venue rules, BUBBLE TRAVEL will not offer a refund.
Cancellations: If an external event is canceled, BUBBLE TRAVEL will follow the event's refund policy; however, management fees are non-refundable.
Travelers are responsible for their belongings. BUBBLE TRAVEL is not liable for theft or loss.
Inquiries: To report a lost item, email [email protected] within 15 business days.
Report Details: Include Full Name, DNI, Phone, Trip Name, Ticket Number, Shift, and Bus Number.
Insurance: Travel insurance (if applicable) does not cover the loss or theft of personal items during the trip.
Staff or drivers may deny access and cancel the ticket of any traveler who is visibly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or showing violent behavior. No refunds or alternative transport will be provided in these cases.
If a traveler exhibits violent behavior, causes damage, or poses a risk to driving, the driver may expel them or report them to the authorities. BUBBLE TRAVEL reserves the right to take legal action for damages or disorder.
Deadlines: No refunds or changes are allowed within 72 hours of the departure date (from 00:00 h of the third day prior).
Fees: BUBBLE TRAVEL will deduct 30% of the purchase price as a processing fee for all refunds.
Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Cash, Credit Card, Bizum, PayPal, etc.).
Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours after the scheduled trip date.
Procedure: Email [email protected] with a copy to [email protected]. Subject: CANCELACION DE BILLETE + [TRIP NAME].
Include: Full name, DNI, Phone, Email, Event Name, Amount Paid, Ticket Number, Photo of Ticket, and Reason for Cancellation.
BUBBLE TRAVEL may cancel a trip up to 48 hours before departure if the minimum capacity is not met.
Notification: Suspensions will be communicated via email/WhatsApp and social media.
Refunds: Full refunds (excluding force majeure cases) will be issued within 3 business days via the original payment method.
Data: By purchasing a ticket, the customer accepts the data management policy in compliance with Organic Law 3/2018 (GDPR).
Images: By purchasing a ticket, the traveler authorizes BUBBLE TRAVEL to use photos or videos taken during the trip for any legitimate purpose without time limits or financial compensation. This consent extends to minors via their guardians' authorization.
The purchase of a ticket implies the customer's full understanding and acceptance of these regulations and any specific annexes related to the event.
